What do you do when you disagree with someone you care about?
I am a very selfish and overprotective person to people who I care about and love. Whenever I think they are wrong I flatly state it out and tell them to change their idea. I can be very hard because I want it to be for the best. I try to listen to their opinions too, but I get frustrated when they are too stubborn with a stupid and rotten opinion. I, unfortunately, try to shove my opinion in their face and tell them to deal with it. I am not very social and I wouldn't know how to control a situation like that. I always state the right opinion and eliminate anything else. Sharing opinions is something I only do if I think any good might ever come of the other person's opinion. Otherwise I use the tough love method. Sure they might hate me for being too honest but at least I wouldn't be lying to them . Sometimes people don't see the truth even when it is staring them right in the face. They won't accept it. Soothing a hurt that will never heal and that you could've stopped is worse than hurting that person a shortlived hurt. So I think it takes strength and courage to boldly stand out for someone you love and teach them the right way. Better safe than sorry, to be hurt in the beginning for a while rather than later and be scarred forever. I don't know, this is just my personal opinion.
